SaaS White-label Video Conferencing Marketplace Payments

What it is

White-label SaaS platform for expert consultations. One codebase, multiple branded instances. Handles the full lifecycle: discovery, scheduling, video calls, payments, and invoicing.

Problem

No existing tool unified expert discovery, booking, live video consultation, and payment in a single white-label product. Businesses had to glue together Calendly + Zoom + Stripe + a marketplace. Different vendors, different UX, different billing.

Architecture

  • Video engine: LiveKit-based, integrated directly into the platform. Real-time video with low-latency routing.
  • Matching engine: full-text search + filtering by domain, availability, price, and rating
  • Proprietary scheduling system: real-time availability sync, timezone handling, automated reminders. Built from scratch, no Calendly dependency.
  • Payment pipeline: Stripe Connect for split payments between platform and experts, automated invoicing
  • Multi-tenant: single deployment serves multiple branded instances with isolated data
